Somehow I think in the post-apocalyptic world of our grandchildren the darlings of the American indie scene will be even more meaningless than they are today. Especially as the remaining members of planet Earth with have eaten all of the pasty emo kids and used their self-consciously cool Buddy Holly glasses as magnifiers to make a warming fire out of their recycled neo-retro-retro clothes. <br/>Damn, I just managed to cheer myself up about the inevitable destruction of the planet.
